The Shea Stadium Photo Mint with Infield Dirt includes a Highland Mint exclusive coin, featuring actual Shea Stadium infield dirt, which has been closely supervised by auditors Deloitte and Touche during its embedding onto the surface of the coin. The Shea Stadium Infield Dirt coin is struck in bronze, measuring 1.5 in diameter, and is accompanied by a second coin, crafted in a plating of 24 karat gold. The second coin is minted with a very detailed image of the NY Mets logo, created by the master sculptors at the Highland Mint. The coins are showcased inside of a black wooden frame, which also features an 8 x 10 image of the stadium which was taken during a NY Mets game. Each piece includes a numbered certificate of authenticity, indicating it as part of the 5,000 piece limited edition series.

An 8x10 photo of Shea Stadium is featured with a 24KT gold overlay New York Mets Coin and a Bronze Coin that includes Authenticated Infield Dirt from the Stadium. The Infield Dirt was picked up by Deloitte and Touche on Opening Day. The Dirt Authenticated by Major League Baseball (Deloitte and Touche) is carefully placed in a Coin. Each Shea Stadium Infield Dirt Coin is accompanied by a numbered Hologram, allowing verification of its authenticity on MLB.COM. A Numbered Certificate of Authenticity is mounted between the two Coins. Each is presented in a Team colored, laser cut double matting and a Black molded wood Frame measuring 12”x 15”. This is a limited edition of 5000 and is officially licensed by MLB.
