Returns/Exchanges Policy
At Die Hard Fans we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If at any stage of the process you are dissatisfied with the service we offer, or the actual product delivered, contact us through our customer services directly, and we will talk you through our return policy and assist you every step of the way. 1. Standard Returns
If you receive your product and you feel it is unsuitable or does not meet your expectations, you may contact our customer services department and discuss the return process with them.You must make your return request with our customer services however, within 14 days of receipt of the ordered item. If a return request is not made within this time frame, we will not be able to refund you.
When returning an item, make sure that it is returned in the condition you received it, including original packaging and all tags intact. Remember to include all necessary paper work, parts and accessories to insure you get full credit.
Should your return request be processed, you will be asked to return the item to our warehouse; please contact our customer services team to obtain the correct address. Once returned you will be refunded the amount of the purchase price when ordered, after the deduction of shipping, handling, gift wrapping, and any other additional charges.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Should your products arrive damaged, or should they prove to be defective on delivery, you may contact our customer service team to discuss the return process.You must however, contact the customer service team within 14 days of delivery in order for your return request to be considered.
After contact with the customer service team, you will be required to return your product, including all packaging, tags intact, parts and paper work to the given address.
If you find that your item or its packaging is extensively damaged upon delivery, contact our Customer Service Team immediately. When contacting our customer service team, ensure that you have your order number from the original confirmation email. This will increase the efficiency of our service and the return process.
3. Credit
Payment on all items returned is refunded in the same manner in which the item was originally paid for at purchase. Refunds are made within 15 days or sooner of our receiving the returned product.4. Returns Packaging
All items should be returned via pre-paid shipping and we can not accept any C.O.D. packages. If you do not send it via pre-paid, it will be returned to you, with the bill.Kindly pack the item securely in its original carton/box (wherever possible). Don’t forget to complete and include the return form in the package.
5. Return Postage Cost
You will be required to pay for the postage costs of the item you are returning. We will refund you the postage along with the purchase cost 30 days after the product has been returned.6. Return Address
Our customer service team member that deals with your particular case will be able to assist you with the return address for your particular product.You can only get this return address from a customer service representative.
