Phoenix Coyotes Store

The Phoenix Coyotes were founded in 1972 and were originally titled The Winnipeg Jets. The Winnipeg Jets (the predecessor of the Phoenix Coyotes) joined the NHL in 1979 and moved to Phoenix in 1996. Located in Glendale, Arizona, the Phoenix Coyotes played their home games at the US Airways Center for 7 years and in 2003 the team transferred to the Jobing.com Arena. The Phoenix Coyotes compete in the Pacific Divison of the Western conference of the NHL. The Phoenix Coyotes have their own team mascot, a coyote called Howler who even has his own website.
